By accessing or using NollyVibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. NollyVibe is operated by NollyVibe Technologies Ltd., registered in Africa.

2. Description of Service

NollyVibe provides an online video streaming platform that allows users to access movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other video content for personal, non-commercial use. Content availability may vary by region.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) maintain the security of your password, (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Usage Rights

All content on NollyVibe is licensed, not sold. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: (a) download, copy, or redistribute any content, (b) circumvent any content protection technology, (c) use the service for public performances, (d) share your account credentials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use bots or automated tools, attempt to bypass security measures, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious content, harass other users, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on NollyVibe are protected by international intellectual property laws. The NollyVibe name and logo are registered trademarks.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are involved in unauthorized distribution of our content.

9. Limitation of Liability

NollyVibe is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NollyVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
